Alison’s chilli and lime mayo

Serves 10 (serving size 15g)

I love to serve a small amount of this mayo with seafood.

 

The chilli and lime go perfectly with grilled fish, prawns and calamari.

 

This mayo is packed full of flavour so you only need to about a tablespoon per person.

Ingredients

½ cup low fat whole egg mayonnaise

The juice of half a lime 

Chilli to taste

Cooking instructions

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

Store in an air-tight container in the fridge.
