Ricotta, Cherry and Orange Toast
A delicious twist when you want to try something new for breakfast

1 piece of wholemeal bread (salt reduced)
1 1/2 tablespoons low fat ricotta cheese
1/2 cup preserved cherries (In juice)
1/2 teaspoon dried nutmeg
Zest of 1/2 an orange
- Toast the piece of wholegrain bread.
- Spread the toast with ricotta cheese.
- Dress the ricotta toast with the preserved cherries (you can slice these or leave them whole), and sprinkle with nutmeg and orange zest.
