Flavouring – try tumeric, cumin, cinnamon or chilli.

Method

Either use an air popcorn maker (yes, that’s a thing – it’s a great Christmas present if you don’t have one!) to pop some popping corn, or buy some pre-popped or microwave popcorn which is low in salt and fat. It will say ‘lightly salted’ or something similar on the pack, compare packages to find the lowest sodium (salt) and total fat.

Flavour it with a mix of turmeric, cumin, cinnamon and chilli.

Serve size will depend on the brand but could be around 20g per person.
