A quick and easy lunchtime dish that is tasty and nutritionally balanced. Add a serve of protein by including a boiled egg or a handful of unsalted nuts.

  • ¼ cup blueberries 
  • 3 medium strawberries 
  • 20g brie
  • 6-8 round, wholegrain cracker
  •  ¼ red capsicum
  • 5 snow peas 


  1. Slice capsicum and strawberries into desired size  
  2. Remove top and tails from snow peas 
  3. Slice brie into a small wedge  
  4. Arrange all foods on a plate or platter 
  5. Enjoy! 


Dietitian Notes / Recipe Tips

Select crackers that have lots of visible grains, seeds and texture. You could also swap the crackers for a slice of wholegrain bread. Use any of your favourite vegetables and fruits as alternative. Don’t be afraid to add even more vegetables to the plate.
