Ingredients
- ¼ cup blueberries
- 3 medium strawberries
- 20g brie
- 6-8 round, wholegrain cracker
- ¼ red capsicum
- 5 snow peas
Method
- Slice capsicum and strawberries into desired size
- Remove top and tails from snow peas
- Slice brie into a small wedge
- Arrange all foods on a plate or platter
- Enjoy!
Dietitian Notes / Recipe Tips
Select crackers that have lots of visible grains, seeds and texture. You could also swap the crackers for a slice of wholegrain bread. Use any of your favourite vegetables and fruits as alternative. Don’t be afraid to add even more vegetables to the plate.
