Ingredients
1 chicken breast, skinless
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
2 cup lettuce
2 tomatoes, sliced
125g (1 cup) Tabouli*
2 tablespoons hummus
4 wholemeal lavash* or pita bread*
Method
- Place chicken breast on a grill and seal on both sides to brown.
- Drizzle with lemon juice and cook until juices run clear.
- Spread hummus on the bread, add lettuce, tomato and tabouli.
- Slice chicken and divide evenly between bread and roll up.
