Pizza Pinwheels

Pizza Scrolls LOW RES 2


1 wholemeal wrap

2 teaspoons salt reduced tomato paste

1 small tin of tuna in spring water

1 tomato, cut into thin slices

30g spinach leaves

2 large mushrooms, thinly sliced

½ teaspoon mixed herbs

Olive oil/canola spray

Cooking instructions

  1. Lay the wrap bread down flat. Spread with tomato paste. Sprinkle with tuna, tomato, mushrooms, and spinach.
  2. Roll the wrap into a wheel, as tightly as possible. Place on a baking tray and place in the fridge for approximately 10 minutes.
  3. Slice the rolled wrap into little pinwheels, and sprinkle a little mixed herbs over each one. Give the pinwheels a very light spray with olive oil spray.
  4. Place in a preheated oven (180 degrees) for 10 minutes, until heated through.
