Middle Eastern chicken wraps

Serves 4

Wholemeal chicken wraps with tabouli and hummus.  


1 chicken breast, skinless

1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

2 cup lettuce

2 tomatoes, sliced

125g (1 cup) Tabouli*

2 tablespoons hummus

4 wholemeal lavash* or pita bread*

Cooking instructions

  1. Place chicken breast on a grill and seal on both sides to brown. 
  2. Drizzle with lemon juice and cook until juices run clear. 
  3. Spread hummus on the bread, add lettuce, tomato and tabouli. 
  4. Slice chicken and divide evenly between bread and roll up.
