Ingredients
- 8-10 kiwi fruit, puree, skin off
- 1 ½ cups of mango or pineapple juice, no added sugar
- 2 teaspoons honey
Method
- Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until combined
- Put mixture into popsicle molds
- Freeze for four to six hours
