Ingredients
4 figs, quartered
100g ricotta cheese
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon of honey
Method
- Place figs on a tray under a hot grill. Cook until soft and juices emerge.
- While figs are cooking whip ricotta with vanilla extract until light and fluffy.
- Arrange cooked figs on plate. Place a dollop of ricotta on top. Drizzle with honey before serving.
