Ingredients

  • 1 ripe peach
  • 300g reduced fat plain Greek yoghurt

Method

  1. Chop up 1 ripe peach into pieces
  2. Mix into 300g reduced fat plain Greek yoghurt.
  3. Freeze in small plastic or silicon cups for a few hours.
  4. Enjoy
