Soda water with a twist of lime

Serves 1

A very simple recipe but it's so refreshing on a hot Queensland day! 


200mL soda water

3 slices of lime

20mL lime juice

3 ice cubes (optional)

Cooking instructions

Stir the lime juice into the soda water (use plain sparkling mineral water if you prefer fewer bubbles) in a glass tumbler.


Add lime slices and optional ice cubes.
