Cold ginger and lemon tea
This drink takes a bit of preparation but it's worth it!
1 lemon and ginger teabag
200mL boiling water
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 stick of Lemongrass
½ tsp grated fresh ginger
3-4 water for ice cubes
Make ice cubes by freezing the grated ginger and water.
Wash and trim the lemongrass to the length of a swizzle stick
suitable for your glass.
Pour the boiling water onto the teabag in a mug or heatproof
glass for 5-10 minutes then discard the teabag and cool in the
