Swiss style muesli

Serves 6


240g (2 cups) traditional oats*

1 large green apple, grated with skin on

250ml (1 cup) 100% Orange Juice

125ml (½ cup) 100% Apple Juice

1 tablespoon honey

2 tablespoon dried apricots, chopped

2 tablespoon sultanas

125ml (½ cup) low fat natural yoghurt*

10g almond flakes, toasted

250ml (1 cup) skim milk

Cooking instructions

  1. Combine first seven ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate overnight. 
  2. Serve warmed through on colder mornings or straight from the fridge with a dollop of low fat natural yoghurt and a touch of milk. 
  3. Will keep in the fridge for about a week.
