Our Christmas opening hours

Our office will close at 2pm on Thursday 24 December and re-open on Monday 4 January 2021.

Please note that during this period we will not be providing an on-call service.

If you need assistance during this period, please call the NDSS Helpline, 1800 637 700, which will be staffed during the following hours:

21–24 December: 8:30am until 8pm
25 and 26 December: 9am to 2pm
27 December: Closed
28 December: 9am to 2pm
29–31 December: 8:30am until 8pm
1 January: 9am to 2pm
2 January: 9am to 2pm
3 January: Closed
