One hundred year old Moya Sonnenburg, who lives on the Sunshine
Coast, is an inspiration to us all. A yoga expert and dance
enthusiast, Moya has put a spring in our step by coming forward to
ask Queenslanders to leave a gift in their will in support of
Speaking in The Courier Mail newspaper, Moya revealed she was
diagnosed with type 2 diabetes about 10 years ago. "I'm amazed that
at 100 years old I've been asked to be the face of a campaign
encouraging people to donate to Diabetes Queensland in their
wills," she said.
"I want people with diabetes to live to
be 100 like me."
