Fruits and vegetables


Aim for five serves of vegies and two serves of fruit each day. If fresh vegetables are not available, opt for sauce-free frozen varieties or canned vegetables low in salt.


Did you know that only 50 per cent of Queensland adults and children eat enough fruit, and only 10 per cent of adults and 29 per cent of children eat enough vegetables.*



  • aim for less than 5g of total fat per 100g
  • less than 300mg of sodium per 100g
