Health professional education

Supporting more than 200,000 registrants and 33,000 financial members in Queensland, Diabetes Queensland works hard to improve the lives of people affected by all types of diabetes by providing ongoing education, support and advice to people with diabetes, health professionals, government, researchers and the broader community.

 

Diabetes Queensland offers health professionals diabetes management education and specific diabetes related information sessions through multimodal delivery. All programs are evidence based, reflect current clinical guidelines and are endorsed by the appropriate peak clinical body. Diabetes Queensland is committed to provide health professionals with the skills and confidence to support and improve the lives of people living with diabetes.
