If you are having difficulty getting started, or find it hard to stay on track with your physical activity, this session is perfect for you. This three-hour information workshop gives you practical advice and tips to begin moving more.


For people with type 1 and type 2 diabetes.

This session will cover the following:


  • Identify and problem solve what could be stopping you from being more active
  • Learn about the positive effects that being more active can have on your blood glucose levels
  • Look at ways to start adding small bits of physical activity to your daily routine
  • Receive a booklet to develop your own step-by-step plan to become physically active.
