Stretching matters: When, why and how
This webinar is suitable for people with all types of diabetes.
Could you benefit from stretching? Regular stretching is a great addition to your aerobic and strength training and helps increase mobility around your joints. During this live webinar our Accredited Exercise Physiologist will discuss different types of stretching and provide tips on how to stretch safely and effectively.
This webinar will run for approximately 30 minutes with plenty of time to ask questions at the end.
