Culturally adapted type 2 diabetes education for the Arabic community

This program is for people living with type 2 diabetes.

This is a free 6-hour education program to help you learn more about managing type 2 diabetes. In this session you will discuss healthy food choices, physical activity, and your diabetes self-management plan. The program has been culturally adapted for the Arabic community. This session will be delivered in English by an Arabic-speaking facilitator.
