About

This 8-week physical activity and lifestyle program, delivered by Accredited Exercise Physiologists, is designed to help you get back into a healthy routine to better manage your diabetes. The Exercise Physiologist will tailor individual exercises to your specific needs within a friendly and supportive environment.

This program is FREE for NDSS registrants who have not participated in a Beat It program within the last 2 years.

What does the program involve?

  • Initial assessment
  • Education sessions
  • Tailored exercise program 
  • 16 group sessions (2 per week)
  • Tracking your progress
  • Final consultation
