1. How do I access the online member portal?

 

Members can access our online member portal by logging in on the website using their membership number and password. Your member portal is customisable - choose the topics most relevant to you and we'll deliver tailored articles and recipes right to your portal homepage. Through your portal, you also have access the online shop, special member offers and a host of diabetes-related resources.

If you are logging in for the first time, you will need your Diabetes Queensland member number. Please click below the log in area to create your password.

 

If you can't remember your Diabetes Queensland member number, or are having issues logging in to the member portal please email membership@diabetesqld.org.au with your full name, date or birth postcode and details of the issue you are experiencing. Alternatively, you can call our Helpline 

1300 136 588 to speak to one of our friendly team members.



2. When do I renew my membership?

 

Membership renewals are issued in June each year and payment is due on 1 July. Remember, the membership year runs from 1 July to 30 June.

 

Remember, you don't have to wait to receive your membership renewal in the post. You can renew your membership online here from March each year.

 

If you are experiencing difficulties renewing your membership, please email membership@diabetesqld.org.au with your full name and membership number and details of the issue you are experiencing. 3. Where can I find my member number?

 

You will find your member number on your membership card.

4. How do I change my personal details, like my address and e-mail?

 

If you need to change your personal details, please visit the 'Edit your details' page on the member portal and update your information accordingly.

Alternatively, email your full name, previous personal details and revised personal details to membership@diabetesqld.org.au or you can call our Helpline on 1300 136 588 to speak to one of our friendly team members.  

 

5. How do I request a replacement membership card?

 

If you need to request a replacement membership card, please email  membership@diabetesqld.org.au with your full name and membership number(if known). Alternatively, you can call our Helpline on 1300 136 588 to speak to one of our friendly team members.  

 

6. Can I transfer my membership if I move interstate?

 

Membership is transferable to another state by contacting the new state on 1300 136 588.

7. How do I apply for a Kellion Award?

 

Diabetes Queensland presents Kellion awards every year. You can apply for a medal, or nominate someone you know by downloading the appropriate form.
