Diabetes - What Now?
The Diabetes - What now? program is for people with
type 2 diabetes; in particular those who have been newly diagnosed

aim to provide you with an overview of:

- Healthy eating
- Physical activity
- Diabetes medications and insulin
- Blood glucose monitoring
- Setting your own health goals
- Your diabetes health care team.
