Sultana & Bran Muffins
 
1 ½ cups of oatbran
½ cup buttermilk
1 cup skim milk
1 ¼ cups self raising flour
½ cup brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup reduced fat margarine
1 large egg
1 cup sultanas
 
1. Soak bran in milk for 5 mins. 
2. Add the remaining dry ingredients and mix. 
3. Add the wet ingredients, being careful not to overmix. 
4. Pour into muffin tins and bake at 180C for 15-20 minutes.
